shEOS has high-availability baremetal block producer nodes with a cloud-based backup, and cloud-based p2p and api servers. All of our servers are protected against DDOS and have application and web proxy / firewall protection. Our plan is to expand to provide P2P and API nodes worldwide.

Emily Bush

Managing Partner of Decentra Capital, a venture capital fund investing in early-stage blockchain technology companies. Co-Founder of Time Advisors, a fundraising automation company that specializes in helping fund managers (VCs) leverage their social networks to reduce the amount of time required to raise capital. Advisor of Verses, Codex and GoChain. Previous venture partner at DNA.Fund. Famous for: spearheading the women in blockchain movement.

Shauna Mei Devand

Co-founder of QBX Global, EVP of Global Operation at Binary Financial, Co-founder of Arclydia Group. Formerly ConsenSys. Board seats: LynQ, Good Money. She attended MIT and graduated with a degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Jessica Houlgrave

Co-founder and COO of Codex Protocol, a decentralized asset registry for unique assets focused on art and collectibles. Prior to founding Codex, Jess wrote her M.A. thesis on the applications of blockchain for the art ecosystem at Sotheby's Institute of Art. Position on Dividends

We, shEOS, own 100% of our company. None of us own more than 10% and all of the founders are listed here on this page. We are self-funded and have complete control over the direction of our business. The beauty of being independently owned is that we have not been and will not be subject to any outside influences that could alter our values.

We will always be completely transparent with the EOS community with all things, including in regards to our earnings gained as a Block Producer and our distributions as we believe in radical transparency.

We honor our duties and obligations around our technology, upholding the constitution and governance. We, shEOS, believe that EOS has the potential to create a new world and ecosystems; socially, economically and technically, and we are committed to instill, maintain, adhere and progress to them.
